The RLF is designed to be a gap financing tool that allows borrowers who cannot acquire sufficient funding from a traditional lender to secure a loan. The RLF typically funds 30% of a project with borrowers securing 60% from a local lending institution and 10% percent of project costs provided by the borrower themselves. RLF participation can range from $25,000 to $350,000 per project. RLF loan funding can be used for working capital, to purchase land and buildings, to purchase machinery, equipment, and supplies, and more.
The RLF offers low fixed interest rates and loan terms of five to twenty years depending on the type of project. Contact David Bock for current interest rates.
